This thorough training is provided to every helper before they arrive to begin work, with a primary focus on preparing them for life and customs in Singapore. In addition to job-related training, the initial training also helps Migrant Domestic Workers (MDW) adapt and smoothly integrate into the customs, lifestyle, and general expectations of Singapore employers.

Prior to deployment, training is reinforced to provide the necessary knowledge and skills for helpers to understand the nature of their job and the duties they are expected to perform, ensuring they can work effectively until the end of their contract.
